Packaging

• For international customers, all special finishes S.S. Pipes and S.S.Tubes are individually wrapped in plastic paper or LDPE tubes and then packed in wooden boxes as requested by the customer. We also plug tube ends if needed.
• For domestic customers, the packaging is done in jute bags /HDPE Woven Sacks or in Wooden boxes or as per the customer’s requirement. We also plug tube ends if needed.

 

Stainless Steel 316L Electro Polished Pipes, SS 304 EP Tubing manufacturer in India

Electropolished Stainless Steel Tubing is used for biotechnology, semiconductor and in pharmaceutical applications. The finishing of electroplating has different standards for use in different applications. These applications require medium range of finish. Electropolishing is a process through with the absolute roughness of the Electropolished Stainless Steel Pipe is reduced. This makes the pipes more accurate in dimensions and the Ep Pipe can be installed with accuracy in sensitive systems like the pharmaceutical industrial applications. The SS 304 Electropolished Pipes are the most cost effective of the electropolished materials because of the wide usage and surplus of supply.
